Our Roasting Program
Midway Market roasts its own coffee in-house, in small batches, every single week. We source premium single-origin beans and carefully crafted blends from trusted growers — then roast them right here so every bag is as fresh as it gets.
Whether you’re a pour-over purist or a drip-coffee regular, you’ll taste the difference. Whole bean or fresh-ground to order — pick your roast and take it home, or enjoy a cup at the espresso bar.
