Grocery stores don’t usually make you want to sit down and stay for a while. Midway Market is built differently.

The Bistro

Midway Market’s bistro is a full dining space inside the store. Not a deli counter with plastic chairs. A real place to eat a real meal.

The bistro menu features fresh-prepared options for breakfast, lunch, and everything in between. Think sandwiches made with bakery-fresh bread, salads built from the produce department, soups that change with the season, and hot entrees that give you a reason to skip cooking tonight.

Everything is made in-house. The kitchen uses the same fresh ingredients you see on the shelves — because it’s all under one roof.

The Espresso Bar

The espresso bar sits right in the heart of the store. Lattes, cappuccinos, drip coffee, cold brew — all pulled from beans roasted on-site, just steps from where you’re ordering.

This isn’t a branded chain kiosk. It’s a full coffee program run by baristas who care about what ends up in your cup. Pair it with a fresh pastry from the bakery and you’ve got the kind of morning that makes the commute feel a little less like a commute.

Why It Works

The best neighborhood markets have always been places where you can grab a coffee, sit down for a quick bite, and run into someone you know. The bistro and espresso bar make Midway Market that kind of place.

Grab and go. Need a quick lunch between meetings? The bistro has you covered with fresh options ready when you are.

Sit and stay. Meeting a friend? Working remotely for an hour? The bistro area is designed for lingering — not rushing.

Shop and eat. Do your grocery shopping, then reward yourself with a coffee and a pastry before heading home. Nobody says you have to leave right after checkout.

A Different Kind of Grocery Trip

Most grocery runs feel like errands. Pull in, grab what you need, stand in line, drive home. Midway Market is designed to make the trip something you actually enjoy.

Between the bistro, the espresso bar, the bakery, and the in-store coffee roasting, there’s a reason to slow down. And in North Spokane — where the nearest quality lunch spot or coffee shop might be a 15-minute drive — that matters.
