Midway Market is an 18,000-square-foot neighborhood grocery store opening Summer 2026 at the Village at Midway development on Hatch Road and Highway 395 in Colbert, WA. If you live in Mead, Colbert, Deer Park, or anywhere in North Spokane County, your grocery options are about to get a lot more interesting.

We’re targeting a Summer 2026 grand opening. Construction is underway, and we’re building out every department to make sure opening day is worth the wait.
